Select the Product and Licence
The client selects one ActiveTrader product and one available licence capacity before completing the order.
Submit Account Information
The required activation data consists of the account number, broker name, and exact broker server.
Manual Licence Activation
ActiveTrader administration verifies the order and activates the approved account within the purchased quota.
EA Delivery and Setup
The client receives the relevant digital product, installation guidance, and official support resources.
Client Verification
The client confirms that the correct account, server, chart, symbol, and Algo Trading permissions are active.
Ongoing Support
Eligible licences include lifetime product support and free updates when updates become available.

One Product per Licence
A licence applies only to the selected ActiveTrader product. A different product requires a separate purchase and activation.
Non-Transferable Licence
Licences cannot be transferred, rented, shared, sublicensed, or resold. Corporate use must remain within the purchased quota and original purchaser.
Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Digital products and manually activated licences are non-refundable after purchase and activation, subject to the official Refund Policy.
No Guaranteed Trading Outcome
ActiveTrader does not guarantee profit, fixed returns, maximum drawdown, uninterrupted execution, or protection against the loss of trading capital.
Broker and VPS services remain independent.
ActiveTrader may provide affiliate links to independent service providers. Clients remain responsible for reviewing provider terms, eligibility, pricing, and risk.
RoboForex
ActiveTrader currently presents RoboForex as the recommended broker for new MT5 registration through the official ActiveTrader partner link and IB code.
RoboForex independently controls onboarding, account types, leverage, symbols, execution, deposits, withdrawals, fees, and legal availability.
New York City Servers
ActiveTrader currently presents New York City Servers as the recommended VPS provider for clients who need a continuously available Windows environment for MT5.
The VPS provider independently controls its pricing, resources, locations, uptime, maintenance, refunds, and service policies.
What ActiveTrader does not provide.
Not a Broker or Custodian
ActiveTrader does not open brokerage accounts, hold client funds, process broker withdrawals, or control broker execution.
Not an Investment Fund
ActiveTrader does not pool client funds or present product purchases as an investment fund, savings product, or deposit account.
No Personal Profit Assurance
Product information, technical support, and performance references do not constitute a personal guarantee of profit or protection against loss.
Client Retains Account Responsibility
The client remains responsible for broker selection, funding, leverage, lot settings, VPS, platform operation, account monitoring, and trading risk.
